The impact of travel on return: A comparative study

In this research, we have dealt with the impact of return on travelling, where we explained it through the linguistic and terminological definition of returning in addition to the statement of evidence of its legality in Islamic jurisprudence and law. The researcher touched on the issue of the travelling of the husband and the impact of this on the provisions of returning for the traveller. Also, the research gives a glimps of the impact of modern means of communication as well as the opinions of Muslim jurists regarding the testimony of returning and informing the wife about it. This is done through the impact on the return of the traveling husband, as well as the position of the Personal Status Law and the Iraqi judiciary of all this, in addition to the positions of comparative Arab laws.
