The problem of teaching human rights according to the methodologies of the United Nations
Abstract
The group of human rights and fundamental freedoms has passed through successive stages of time, which have influenced the intellectual, philosophical, social and political trends that have emerged and developed in many parts of the world. These rights were formulated at first as law in the constitutional texts of some States and, with the advent of the age of international organization, they took an international legal framework through a series of international human rights instruments, organized under the United Nations in particular, because of its purposes is to promote respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms
