The policy of criminalization and punishment in the provisions of the law against human trafficking The Iraqi number (28) in 2012
Abstract
That the crime of human trafficking constitutes the maximum violation of human dignity and represents the qualitative leap in the field of nonhuman exploitation of the individual. Therefore, efforts have been made to eliminate and limit this phenomenon by all means, including legal ones. To criminalize and punish them, and followed for that criminal policy commensurate with the degree of seriousness of the crime and its negative impact on society, and this is taken by Iraqi criminal legislation as it dealt with its provisions within the special law to combat the crime of trafficking in human beings, and this is evidenced by his followers Sia Of special and distinct in terms of criminalization and criminal punishment.
